The sun broke the darkness over the hill,
A cool breeze, swept past my cheek;
The world woke up this summer day-
Plans to make, promises to keep.
Throughout the day clouds danced by,
Playing hide n’ seek with the light;
On this summer day, I placed worry aside
And kept all things good in sight.
Our souls are often shattered,
By the hurry of life – oh my!
So, friends, go ahead and try it,
Take a break on a summer day in July.
